- The Rev. Jim Papile has been rector of St. Anne's Episcopal Church for more than 10 years. His vision of a church that is inclusive and diverse has been an excellent match with St. Anne's Episcopal Church, which is located in the diverse and forward-thinking planned community of Reston, Virginia. Father Jim has a Master's in Divinity from Virginia Theological Seminary and a degree in Philosophy and Religion at George Mason University. In 1992, he was ordained a priest in the Diocese of Virginia.
